How do I check my order status and/or track my package?

  • Motion RC provides up to the minute order status and package tracking via our interactive order status page. You can access the order status page by using the link in your order confirmation email or from your My Account page. We explain both methods below.

    Order Confirmation Email - After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. The confirmation email will look similar to the image below. Inside the email, look for the orange button that says VIEW ORDER STATUS (#1 in the image below). When you click this button you will be redirected to an order status page. 

    NOTE: If you placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation email from Motion RC, the email is most likely in your spam or junk mail folder. If you are using Gmail, the email may be in your Promotions Folder. If our email was in your spam / junk mail folder, please add support@motionrc.eu to your email address book or mark our email as "not junk" or "not spam", and all future emails should arrive directly in your inbox.

     

    My Account Page - To access your account, click on the ACCOUNT icon on the top of the Motion RC website (#2 in the image below). Once you are in your My Account page you will see a complete order history. You can view the order status by clicking on any of the order numbers shown in the order history (#3 in the image below) 

     

    Order Status Page - The order status page will provide a summary of the item(s) you purchased and the current status of your order (#4 in the image below). The order status page will also show the package tracking number (#5 in the image below) once your order has shipped. If you click on the tracking number you will be redirected to either the UPS or Postal Service website, depending on how your order shipped, where you will see detailed tracking information.
