Works well. I noticed that depending on screwdriver (or maybe the screws), I need to use demagnatizer instead of magnatizer, to make the screw stick to the screwdriver.

This is a whole lot better than running a bar magnet over a screwdriver to get it to hold screws while starting them. Demagnitized a few other tools with it
Does the job - somewhat...
Keep handy. Need to remagnitize tools for each session. But it does the trick for holding or removing small screws or retrieving items. I would definitely buy again.
