Where we ship

Motion RC Europe ships all products from its European distribution center in the Netherlands to the following global destinations:

• Asia: Azerbaijan, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam
• Europe: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and Vatican City

Available shipping services

We offer significantly discounted ground and air shipping options from both FedEx and country-specific postal services. The following is a description of each service offered by Motion RC Europe:

Basic Economy Free Shipping (select countries only - see below) - Your order will ship for FREE if the order total is 99 Euros or more and if you are shipping to one of the qualifying countries listed below. Typical package transit times are 3 to 8 business days.

Basic Economy Flat Rate Shipping (select countries only - see below) - Your order will ship for 6,99 Euros if the order total is less than 99 Euros and if you are shipping to one of the qualifying countries listed below. Typical package transit times are 3 to 8 business days.

FedEx International Ground (all countries) -  FedEx International Ground shipping offers the best balance of price, reliability and speed. FedEx offers detailed package tracking and fast ground delivery to hundreds of international destinations. Typical package transit times are 2 to 6 business days.

FedEx International Priority (all countries) - FedEx International Priority is our premier shipping service which offers next day and two day delivery to all of our global destinations. If you need your package quickly or you live outside of Continental Europe, this is your preferred shipping method. Typical package transit times are 1 to 2 business days.

Motion RC's Basic Economy Free Shipping program is simple - if you live in a designated free shipping country (see table above), ANY product in our store which costs 99 Euros or more will ship for free. It's that simple! 

Extended Area Surcharges

There are outlying islands and remote areas within Europe that our shipping carriers designate as "Extended Areas". If your order is being delivered to an extended area, you will be required to pay an Extended Area Surcharge. The surcharge amount will vary based on the package size and destination. Our system will automatically calculate the surcharge and add it to the shipping quote at checkout. If you live in country which qualifies for free shipping and you live in a designated extended area, you will only be required to pay the Extended Area Surcharge; you will not be charged the base shipping rate. 

Same Day Shipping Cutoffs

While Motion RC makes every attempt to ship orders on the same day they are placed, during peak periods we must prioritize the shipment of orders based upon the shipping method chosen by our customers. On peak days we will ship FedEx International Priority first followed by FedEx International Ground. Once all the paid shipping orders are shipped, we process all orders which have selected Free Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping as the shipping method. If you want to ensure the fastest possible processing time of your order, especially during peak days (Mondays) and peak season (November to December), we recommend that you choose a paid shipping option during checkout. 

The cutoff for same day processing of expedited shipping orders is 14:00 Central European Time (CET) Monday through Friday. Expedited shipping includes FedEx International Priority. If it is after 14:00 and you would like your expedited shipping order processed, please call (do not email) our customer service department at +31-30-8080557, and a representative will advise you if same day shipping is possible. Please note that our shipping carriers leave our warehouse at approximately 16:00 Monday through Friday, so no orders can be shipped after this time and no orders are shipped on the weekend. 

Local Pickup / Will Call

We offer local pickup for customers who live in the Netherlands. If you would like to collect your package at the Motion RC Europe warehouse, please select "Magazijn Ophalen - Breukelen" for the shipping method during checkout, and your package will be waiting for you upon arrival. Local pickup hours are between 09:00 and 16:00 CET Monday through Friday.
